Bye, everyone. After more than 33 years, Sepp Forcher said goodbye to his audience with the 200th episode of the television show "Klingendes Österreich". In the show, he presented musical traditions, scenic beauty of Austrian and border regions and authentic folk music, garnished with completely calm commentary. He made more than 3,000 visits to Austria, South Tyrol and Bavaria and can boast 11,000 minutes of broadcast time with 2,000 music groups.
Siegmund Andraschek composed the Sepp Forcher March on behalf of the Austrian Wind Music Association. Sepp Forcher was honored for his energetic efforts and commitment to the customs and traditions of Austrian wind music.
