Arrangement for trombone ensemble.
The music, taken from the one-act opera Cavalleria Rusticana by Pietro Mascagni (1863-1945), is rightly one of the highlights of classical opera music due to its high intensity and incredibly touching musical message. The Intermezzo Sinfonico can therefore also be heard outside of the opera stage in concert programs in the largest concert halls around the world.
