Full version of the most famous waltz by Johann Strauss Sohn in F major (wind orchestra key).
Description
This arrangement of the Fledermaus Overture (F major version) was created as part of the collaboration with the Landesjugendblasorchester-Akademie Steiermark (preparatory orchestra for musicians aged 14-18).
The aim was, on the one hand, to bring the young musicians closer to Viennese music and, on the other hand, to get closer to the sound of a large symphony orchestra with the help of new arrangements.
A new arrangement (2019) in the original key (A major) is now also available.
An affinity with the sound of the symphony orchestra would be an advantage for this arrangement as a basis for implementing the sound facets.
