In the “Fanfare of the Universe”, the universe with all its stars, planets and other manifestations. The number π also plays a major role. Compulsory piece of the ÖBV 2021|22|23. Attention: You also need three trumpets (stage music, very demanding).
In the Fanfare of the Universe I dedicate myself to an area that particularly fascinates and interests me: the universe, with all its stars, planets and other manifestations.
The sections are: 1. After the Big Bang, 2. Formation of a Galaxy, 3. The Milky Way, 4. Ballade for π, 5. Cosmic, 6. Formation of a New Galaxy, 7. Finale.
The composition invites you on a musical journey through our universe. The piece also contains a second level with equally fascinating "phenomena" or insights from the world of numbers. Selected series of decimal places of the infinite number π were assigned corresponding tones (number 1 = tone c, 2=d, etc.). These tone series are processed in the composition and reach their climax in the section Ballade for π, while the set Golden Number Φ leads into the grand finale.
